ハングルは、朝鮮王朝の世宗大王の治世28年（1446年）に初めて公布され、何世紀にもわたって徐々に変化し、進化してきました。その多くの段階の中でも、朝鮮王朝末期と啓蒙時代の過渡期のハングルは、最もロマンチックなものの一つと考えられています。
