SHIPPING

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders generally cannot be canceled once placed. Requests for cancellations due to a change of mind
cannot be accommodated, as processing starts immediately and payment to the producer is made, resulting in a loss.

Origin & Carriers

All parcels shipped by stylemz.com originate from Korea and are subject to international shipping guidelines.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., customs inspections, local carrier backlogs, weather).
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
For up-to-date status, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Shipping Eligibility & Destination Restrictions

Certain countries, regions, or products may be restricted by local regulations. When you add an item to your cart,
the website will automatically notify you if the item can be shipped to your location.

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • If a destination is not serviceable for the selected item, checkout will be blocked for that item.

Loss, Theft, or Damage

We cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel,
please file a claim directly with the carrier. stylemz.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are determined by destination country governments. Below is how we handle these charges for different regions:

European Union (EU) Countries

Orders under 150 EUR: We use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. VAT is collected at checkout and your package clears customs quickly with no additional charges at delivery.

Orders over 150 EUR: We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • VAT – Based on your country’s rate (17-27%)
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category (0-12%)
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

No surprise charges at delivery. Your package clears customs automatically.

United Kingdom

Orders over 135 GBP: We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • VAT – 20%
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category (0-12%)
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

No surprise charges at delivery. Your package clears customs automatically.

Mexico

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • IVA – 16%
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category (0-25%)
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

No surprise charges at delivery.

Brazil

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx under Brazil’s Remessa Conforme program. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • Import Tax – 20% (orders under $50) or 60% (orders over $50)
  • ICMS – 17% state tax
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

Australia

Orders over 1,000 AUD: We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • GST – 10%
  • Customs Duty – Most items 0% (Korea-Australia FTA)
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

Canada

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • GST – 5% (Federal)
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category (most items 0% under CKFTA)
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

Switzerland

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • VAT – 8.1%
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

Norway

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • VAT (MVA) – 25%
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category

Israel

Orders over $75 USD ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx. All import charges are prepaid at checkout:

  • VAT (Ma’am) – 17%
  • Customs Duty – Based on product category (cosmetics ~12%)
  • FedEx Processing Fee – Carrier disbursement fee

No surprise charges at delivery.

United States

Most orders under $800 USD are duty-free under the de minimis threshold. For orders over $800, customs duty may apply and will be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Other Countries

Import duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges (if any) will be collected at delivery or customs clearance. We declare the actual commercial value on all shipments as required by law.

No Refunds for Customs Issues: If an item is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid duties/taxes, or rejection by customs, we cannot issue a refund. For non-DDP shipments, payment of customs duties is the customer’s responsibility.

Possible Delays, Unclaimed Parcels & Failed Delivery

Additional customs clearance procedures may cause delays in certain countries.

  • Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Returned to Sender: If your package is returned due to customs issues, refusal of receipt, unavailability at delivery, or an incorrect address,
    we do not refund nor resend.
  • Failed Delivery: Failed delivery due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or loss by the local postal service is not eligible for a refund.
  • stylemz.com is not responsible for parcels once they leave Korea.

A tracking link will be provided when your order ships. For real-time updates or delivery issues, please contact the

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment, suite, gate codes, and phone number where applicable).
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

The version displayed on this page at the time of your order will apply to your shipment.

K-Packet (Post Office) – Estimated Rates (USD)

Best for lighter parcels. Typical max weight: 2 kg. Tracking updates may be less frequent than express services.

Note: K-Packet is not available for DDP countries (Brazil, Mexico, UK, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Israel) – FedEx only for these destinations.

  • Checkout shows the live price from our carriers for your address/weight/volume; that live price overrides the table above.
  • FedEx may apply remote area or fuel surcharges. K-Packet is limited to lighter parcels (usually <= 2 kg).
  • Transit times are estimates and exclude processing time and any customs delays.

Duties & Taxes

For DDP countries (EU, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Israel), all import charges are prepaid at checkout. For other countries (including USA), customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes charged by their country.
