Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

At StyleMZ, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stylemz.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For any return-related inquiries, please reach out to our support email.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products being customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or misprinted. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom items (including personalized print-on-demand products)
  • Clothing and footwear cannot be exchanged for a different size or color
  • Perishable goods, beauty products, and hazardous materials
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product was received more than 7 days ago
  • The item is not in its original condition (damaged, missing tags or parts)
  • The product has been used
  • The item was returned due to customs issues, refusal of receipt, or incorrect shipping address

Customs Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for returns due to customs-related issues.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind returns.

International Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for checking customs duties and regulations in their country before placing an order. StyleMZ is not responsible for customs-related returns, and no refunds will be issued if an order is returned due to customs refusal or unpaid duties.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, the decision made by StyleMZ will be final.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the original item must be returned first, and a new order should be placed. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed with a new purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@stylemz.com.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows cancellation or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
