Shipping Information
- Orders generally cannot be canceled due to our processing commitments and prior payment to producers. Change of mind cancellations are not accepted.
- All parcels shipped by StyleMZ.com originate from the USA and follow international shipping protocols.
- Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days (plus 3 to 5 processing days) using FedEx or UPS. Post office economy delivery usually takes 8 to 16 days.
- Delivery time may be affected by customs, local conditions, or shipping carrier delays, for which we are not responsible.
- Once a package is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Please contact them directly for delivery inquiries.
- Some items may not be eligible for shipping to specific countries or regions. The website will notify you at checkout if this applies.
- We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please file a claim with the carrier.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Customs & Import Duties
- Import restrictions on cosmetic goods may apply in some countries. Any issues are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes in their country. Please contact your customs office for accurate estimates.
- Our support cannot resolve customs problems. Duties must be paid by the customer. No refunds will be issued for products returned due to unpaid duties or customs refusal.
Possible Delays / Unclaimed Parcels / Failed Delivery
- Additional customs procedures may delay shipping in some countries beyond the estimated timeframe.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels. If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
- We do not refund or resend parcels returned due to customs refusal, incorrect address, refusal of receipt, or delivery failure.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels due to the handling by local postal services once the parcel has left our facility.
