Our products are primarily made in the USA, with some production taking place in the EU, the UK, and three other countries. This ensures high-quality craftsmanship and innovation.

Who operates the company?

Our company is based in Korea, where we handle all operations, while production takes place in the USA and Europe. We are committed to offering high-quality products with reliable service.


Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you've ordered and the country of delivery. You can check shipping rates on the cart page when you add items to your cart. Shipping is free within the USA.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship from the USA and arrive within 3-7 days (with some exceptions). Items shipped from the UK or EU may take 4-14 days. For international orders, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We provide tracking updates at every stage of your order, from processing to dispatch and final delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking reference via email to check its status online.

What happens if my package is missing, stolen, or damaged?

We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows your order as delivered, but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages at this time.

Failed delivery attempt—why it happens and what to do

A failed delivery means the courier attempted to deliver your package but was unsuccessful. This may happen due to:

  1. Recipient unavailable – No one was at the address to receive the package.
  2. Incorrect/incomplete address – Even small missing details can cause a delivery failure.
  3. Restricted access – The courier was unable to enter your delivery location.

📌 In these cases, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please contact the shipping provider for re-delivery options.


Refunds & Returns

How can I get my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you may receive store credit in USD. Store credit is applied at the best exchange rate for international customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

How long does it take to return an item?

Return shipping time depends on your selected carrier. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds are typically processed within three days of receiving the item, but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.

Can I return or exchange an item?

✔️ Returns are only accepted if approved by us. A simple change of mind is not permitted.
✔️ You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔️ If the item is damaged or defective, we will accept the return.
Clothing and footwear cannot be exchanged for a different size or color.


How to Use Our Website

On the login page, you’ll find an option to reset your password. For security reasons, we do not store customer passwords—you must create a new one. If you don’t remember your registered email address, please contact us via Messenger or support@stylemz.com.

What currency is used at checkout?

We process all orders in US Dollars (USD). While prices may be displayed in your local currency, the final checkout will be in USD at the most current exchange rate.
