   Ik was aanvankelijk sceptisch over deze set postkaarten van Monet. Kunstboeken kunnen soms een teleurstelling zijn, vooral als ze proberen de schoonheid van schilderijen vast te leggen en het niet goed doen. Maar toen ik deze kaarten uitpakte, merkte ik onmiddellijk dat elk detail nauwkeurig werd weergegeven; de kleuren leken bijna tot leven te komen. Ze roepen de vreugde op die je voelt wanneer je voor zijn echte werken staat in Giverny. Dit is niet alleen een geweldige verzameling, maar ook perfect om mee te sturen naar vrienden of om jezelf eraan te herinneren wat kunst echt betekent.
