Returns & Refunds

StyleMZ is a Korean design studio. Every product is printed to order at the production hub closest to you, which means no two orders are interchangeable — please review your size, color, and design choice carefully before checking out.

Print-on-demand policy. Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing regret, or color preference. We do stand behind the quality of every order — if anything is wrong with what you receive, we will fix it at our cost.

What we replace or refund

  • Damaged in transit — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Free reprint or full refund.
  • Misprint or print defect — off-center print, wrong color, missing element, fading, or quality below standard. Free reprint or full refund.
  • Wrong product or wrong size sent — we shipped something different from what you ordered. Free reprint of the correct item or full refund.
  • Manufacturing defect — broken stitching, holes, or other garment faults that make the product unusable. Free reprint or full refund.

You do not need to ship the original item back — a clear photo of the issue is enough for us to start the resolution.

What we cannot accept

  • Change of mind — “I no longer want it” or “I do not like it once received”.
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer — sizes vary by garment style; please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
  • Wrong color or design selected — preview images on the product page reflect the final print.
  • Reports filed more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Refusal at delivery / unclaimed / returned to sender — see our Shipping Policy.

How to report an issue

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, or use our Return Request form.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (and the packaging if it was damaged in transit).
  3. We review and reply within 1 business day. Approved cases are reprinted and reshipped at our cost, or refunded to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear.
