Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Important Notice: As an international seller shipping from South Korea, returns are generally not possible due to the high costs involved (international return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees). These costs often exceed the value of the order itself.

What We CAN Help With

  • Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will issue store credit for the item value.
  • Wrong item received: If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Serious defects: Manufacturing defects that make the product unusable – contact us with photos within 7 days.

What We CANNOT Accept

  • Change of mind – “I do not like it” or “I changed my mind”
  • Size/color issues – Please check product details carefully before ordering
  • No longer needed – We cannot accept returns for items you no longer want
  • Used or opened items – Products must be unused and sealed
  • Requests after 7 days – All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

Why Returns Are Not Possible

We understand this may be frustrating, but please consider:

  • International return shipping from your country to Korea: $30-80+
  • Customs duties and import taxes on returned goods: 15-30% of value
  • Payment processing fees: non-refundable
  • These costs combined often exceed the order value

Store Credit Policy

For approved claims (damaged/defective items), we issue store credit rather than cash refunds.

How to Report Damaged/Wrong Items

  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage or wrong item
