李信工房の漆塗りスプーンは国産です。木目が細かく、漆の吸着率が高い良質な木材のみを選び、7回以上漆塗り・水研ぎを繰り返すことで、表面が滑らかになり、環境ホルモンの心配なく安心してお使いいただけます。（発がん性物質であるホルマリンを含むカシチルと混同しないでください！）
本製品は、ヘッドサイズ、シャープな接合部、人間工学に基づいた形状と重心など、細部にまでこだわる必要がある最も基本的なデザインであるため、さらに細心の注意を払って作られています。特に「李信ダルスプーンジン」の場合、抗菌・除湿効果を最大限に高めるため、柄の部分に炭と漆粉を塗布しました。
精製された漆に酸化鉄を混ぜると、細かく砕いたインクのように黒くなります。これを精製黒漆と呼びます。「イスダルスプーンゴ」は、精製黒漆を塗布した製品に水を吹きかけ、漆で仕上げることで、木の木目がかすかに見えるようにした製品です。最初は重く感じますが、時間の経過とともに木目が明るくなっていくのをお楽しみいただけます。
参考までに、時間の経過とともに製品が明るくなるのは、摩耗したり漆が剥がれたりするからではなく、「漆の開花」とも呼ばれる漆の自然な特性によるものです。適切に作られた漆塗りスプーンは、口に入れるだけで虫歯を予防できるほどの強力な抗菌効果があるので、安心してお使いいただけます。
*漆塗りスプーンが良い理由
1. 天然塗料を使用しているため、重金属、発がん性物質、環境ホルモンなどの有害成分は検出されません。
