Design story & product details
The print gives Caffeine & Gasoline the compressed, poster-like density of a road-racing badge, letting the helmet, type and flags lock together without losing their separate edges. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, heavy cream lettering is cut by black scratches and speckles, while its black outline and thick offset shadow make the tall serifs feel carved around the central image.
A rust-brown open-face helmet anchors the overlap, its dark opening ringed in bright cream and its crown divided by a cream-and-black stripe. Amber-brown goggle lenses pick up small cream glints; circular fasteners remain visible beneath the lettering. Checkered flags push out from both sides, while ochre sweeps, black strokes and scattered dots create movement around the pointed terminals. The little white breaks left at the outside edges stop the packed composition from closing into one solid block.
- “Caffeine” arcs over the helmet, with “Gasoline” drawn across its lower edge and a large ampersand crossing the middle.
- Cream faces carry deliberate black wear marks that echo the rough, inked finish of the surrounding strokes.
- The flags retain small white separations where they meet the lettering flourishes.
