Refund & Return Request
Our products are made-to-order. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a refund — no need to ship anything back.
Please note: We can only accept return requests for items that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Requests due to a change of mind (item no longer wanted) cannot be accepted. Delivery refusal and customs issues are also not eligible: made-to-order items cannot be restocked, so packages refused, unclaimed, or not cleared through customs (including unpaid import duties where they apply) cannot be refunded.
Minimum 2 photos required:
- Photo of the shipping packaging (box/envelope with label)
- Photo of the product showing the issue/condition
