Our products are made-to-order. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a refund — no need to ship anything back.
Print-on-Demand Policy
Each item is custom-printed for you. We accept claims for defects (printing flaws, damage in transit, wrong item) within 30 days of delivery. Submit clear photos showing the issue — we'll verify with our print partner and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. You don't need to return the item.
