"Crust Club" Classic Dad Hat · Embroidered

Crust Club is built entirely from two lines of large uppercase lettering, with no illustration competing for attention. Flat medium-brown letter interiors are contained by a thick black outline, giving the design the blunt, sign-like weight of heavy slab-serif type. The embroidery on the Classic Dad Hat carries that structure cleanly: the top word rises into a pronounced arch, its central U held upright while the letters at both ends cant away from it. The lower word stays level and noticeably narrower, leaving a generous white interval between the lines.

• The C, R, U, S and B have rounded outside curves that soften forms otherwise built from wide strokes and chunky serifs.
• Small white counters remain visible within R and B, while slim white channels open the C and U instead of filling them solid.
• The upper line spreads far beyond the lower one, making the arch feel broad without adding any extra marks.

That difference in width gives the lettering a compact base beneath its larger crest. The design relies on spacing and silhouette alone; there are no symbols, flourishes, or secondary words to redirect the read.
