Design story & product details
Tall, spiky blackletter fills the right side, its heavy black outlines holding pale crosshatched strokes inside the words Date’s at Eight. Beside that large block of lettering, a skateboarder pushes away from the viewer with a wrapped bouquet strapped to his backpack. The artwork on the Men’s Oversized Heavyweight Crewneck T-Shirt brings the two together in black, white and grey, with engraving-style lines carrying the folds of his baggy jacket and the texture of his raised sneaker. The top and right are tightly packed, leaving the mid-grey ground visible around the margins.
- One foot stays on the board while the other lifts behind him, turning the hatched rubber sole toward the viewer. Cuffed trousers reveal white socks above his low sneakers.
- Four roses travel in the wrapped bouquet, and a thorny stem curls out through the lettering. His cap and backpack are seen from behind as he pushes off.
