Design story & product details
Cream lettering, black contouring, and brick red build the graphic’s main contrast, with “THE DAY” rendered in a broad serif treatment. Its dark offset edges, curled flourishes, and worn marks keep the letters from reading as a flat block. “I Became a Bird” follows a curved brick-red ribbon, while “Fly Free, Be Bold.” forms a slimmer arch in cream serif letters. The slogan uses a finer, narrower serif than the title.
A left-facing bird carries the illustration with a pointed gray-black beak, dark outlined eye, swept crest, and cream chest. On the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, layered black, gray, and cream feathers spread across its wing while dark feet grip an angular shaded rock. A weathered red disk frames the head; thin cream swooshes pass over it and curl around the bird. The disk’s broken red field gives its surface an uneven, aged texture.
