Design story & product details
Turquoise lettering meets a pale cream ground before the colour breaks into motion below. Follow the rainbow appears in two heavy rounded lines, its teal faces divided by fine white channels and given a slim red echo along their lower edges. On this Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, that measured lettering leaves an unusually broad pause before the painted scene begins, making the distance between type and image part of the composition.
Curved sweeps of turquoise, muted purple, green, orange and yellow move diagonally through the brush-edged field. A crouching figure in a turquoise top, dark shorts and red shoes leans in from the upper left, while another with a striped bob, red top, turquoise shorts and striped socks meets the bands at lower right. Black outlines hold both figures against dark translucent forms that cross beneath them. Scratches, pale broken marks, coloured dots and splashes roughen the colour; at the right edge, white breaks and ragged strokes leave the image deliberately incomplete.
