Design story & product details
The white, bold condensed lettering is packed into three centered lines: “URBAN,” “LEGENDS,” and “CITY SOUND.” Its scale drops line by line, while the tight spacing leaves almost no breathing room in the star’s crowded middle. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, that compressed type cuts cleanly through a weathered red five-pointed star, with no outline separating the letters from the damaged field.
- The upper point rises nearly to the top of the composition, giving the star a tall, direct silhouette.
- Black speckles, scratches, and wide uneven losses break the red most heavily across the right side and lower points.
- A thick cyan-blue circle is interrupted at each crossing point; white chips mark both its segments and the star.
Broad white openings between the inward corners and the broken ring prevent the center from becoming a solid block. The lower central opening stays largely white, a quiet interruption beneath the lettering, while very faint oversized pale lettering arcs over the upper area. The contrast makes the damage feel built into the graphic’s structure, not added as a surface effect.
