Design story & product details
A large orange citrus fruit anchors the artwork, its knobbly raised neck and dark stippled rind giving the illustration a deliberately tactile character. An angled green stem leads into a broad leaf at the upper right, where the pale vein pattern is drawn with unusual sharpness. An orange wedge crosses the lower edge of the fruit, with cream pith and fine pale lines separating its segments. Cream flowers, yellow-orange stamens, buds and pointed green leaves gather along both lower sides.
