Description
Grey acts as a unifying base for an arrangement of cream, mustard-gold, and gold tones. Large, bold serif capitals spell out PRAY, each letter inset with parallel lines that read as vertical paneling. Blocky feet at the base of every letter mimic architectural columns, and small gold triangles punctuate the R and the A. Just below, a double-ruled gold line sets the divide for more condensed serif text reading WITHOUT CEASING., which is in the same palette and maintains the letter outline, but reveals a shift to slender, slightly taller letterforms that leave more negative space. Both line and letter sequence repeat again with a further double-ruled line enclosing the smaller, solid gold caps of 1 THESSALONIANS 5:17.
- The word PRAY is unusually large, pushing the upper composition near the edge and giving unexpected visual weight to the top half of the artwork.
- The letterforms are detailed: you can spot triangular accents precisely inside the R and A, only visible from close proximity.
