Design story & product details
Lettering in hollow collegiate block forms draws direct attention to the top half, where SHORE arcs above INTERFERENCE in navy with cream and coral outlines. Cream acts both as detail and as disruption, breaking through the O and C with splash textures. These crisp letters serve as frame for the main artwork. Anchoring the lower section, a halftone navy wave crests with cream foam and coral streaks, visually interrupted by a jetty defined as alternating coral and navy tetrapod blocks. The jetty rises to a coral and navy lighthouse, accented with a precise little antenna at its peak.
Off to one side, a small navy city skyline and mountain maintain a quiet presence. The lower edge balances detail with measurement, showing tick-mark bars at either side that read +2.8M and +0.6M, their stripes corresponding in coral and navy. Dashed lines and a wavy motif run along the bottom, where BUSAN / WATER STUDY names the study. The phrase refers to Busan, a coastal city in Korea.
