Description
The artwork transforms a heavyweight unisex crewneck tee into a technical display, using an exploded diagram of a subway car as the main motif. Large block lettering spells out “SUBWAY SCHEMATIC” in faceted cream panels, folded and riveted as if part of a metal blueprint. The schematic unfolds below, with each car unit shown as a separate layer: roof, body, floor plan, and undercarriage, each hovering in precise isometric arrangement.
To the upper left of the main diagram, there’s a frontal view of the train, complete with the car number ‘3120’ and a window display reading the English meaning of the Korean lettering, Seoul Station. Various diagram details use small tags and iconic symbols, including seat and door system labels, and the right margin lists select features in small navy boxes. Faint stamps and micro lettering add an extra effect, with circular rivet motifs and pattern icons mixed throughout.
Fine navy outlines and shade panels define the artwork, giving the technical illustration dimension without overwhelming the garment’s surface. The blueprint effect is finished with small diagram notations and numbering.
