Description
Empty sky and clear grey space around the border leave the center illustration and its title text with added gravity. A single ornate street lamp, drawn with dense engraved details, glows above massive, carefully rendered ferry steps. The heavy blend unisex crewneck sweatshirt’s gold-on-grey print is tightly worked in the steps, lamp and water reflections, opening out to emptier corners and an undisturbed sky.
Sharp cross-hatch marks and outlined lettering create the look of old metal engraving. The three-line title introduces the scene just beneath a fan-shaped motif, while a banner on the bottom edge carries the words ‘A LIGHT FOR THE CROSSING’ next to a small compass star. Every element is enclosed by a looped rope frame, with large scrolls in the lower corners, but only the lowest tip of the pier and the ribbon reach the hem fold.
