Design story & product details
Round lamp clusters punctuate the runway edges, their poles rising into a plain gray sky that has been left open between the lettering and the aircraft. Time To Be Lifted is a Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt built around an aviation graphic: a commercial jet climbs diagonally through the middle of the image with its landing gear still down. Cream upper surfaces give way to orange-gold halftone dots, then dark navy along the underside and shadowed areas. Two underwing engines are visible, each defined through dotted tonal changes.
- Curved cream lettering arcs along the top, bounded by a thick dark navy edge; its slanted characters carry intentionally rough, distressed contours.
- A second jet appears as a solid navy silhouette in the upper-right gray field, climbing on a matching diagonal.
- Converging runway lines, white painted markings, orange-lit tarmac, dark navy airport buildings, and paired light poles establish the ground scene.
The aircraft’s extended gear fixes the moment before departure, while the empty gray interval keeps the large flight path separate from the crowded type and runway below. The limited palette links the aircraft to the terminal forms without filling that interval.
