StyleMZ is a Korean design studio. Every product is designed in Korea and produced on demand at the print partner hub closest to your delivery address. There is no international leg in your shipment, so most orders arrive in 5–10 business days with no customs charges.

How It Works

  • Designed in Korea. Original artwork by our in-house designers — Korean calligraphy, illustration, and culturally inspired graphics.
  • Made near you. When you order, the file is routed to the local production hub closest to your address (140+ hubs across 32 countries) via our print partner Gelato.
  • Shipped within your region. Your order travels domestically or within your trade bloc, never crosses an international border, and is delivered by a regional carrier (DHL, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, DPD, and others depending on country).

Each product page shows the estimated delivery window for your specific country. Times exclude weekends and public holidays. Higher-volume seasons (holidays, sales events) may add 1–2 business days.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Production is started automatically as soon as your order is paid. Because each item is printed to order, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or have addresses changed once placed. Please double-check your design choice, size, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

No customs charges. Because every order is produced and shipped within your own region, your package never crosses an international border. You will not be asked to pay import duties, VAT collection at the door, or carrier disbursement fees.

Where applicable, sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout in line with the local rules of the production region (for example, US sales tax for US-printed orders, EU VAT for EU-printed orders).

Tracking & Carriers

A tracking link is emailed automatically when your order ships. Carriers are selected by the production hub for the fastest local delivery and may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DPD, Royal Mail, GLS, PostNL, La Poste, Australia Post, Japan Post, and other regional services. For real-time updates please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number; if you still need help, email [email protected].

Shipping Eligibility

  • We currently deliver to most countries served by Gelato production hubs.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • If a destination is not serviceable for the selected item, checkout will be blocked for that item.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment, suite, gate codes, and a reachable phone number where applicable). We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Delivery, Unclaimed, or Returned Parcels

  • Unclaimed parcels (not picked up after carrier notification): no refund will be issued.
  • Returned to sender due to refusal of receipt, unavailability at delivery, or an incorrect address: we do not refund or reship.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a reprint where appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free reprint or refund after verification — no need to ship the original item back.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect carrier changes, regulatory requirements, or operational improvements. The version displayed at the time of your order applies to your shipment.
