Design story & product details

A faint dotted arc swings from the tip of a steel-and-copper compass needle, set high on an engraved range of copper mountains. Across the ridges, a pale wavy banner reads “A Needle’s Distance,” the mapmaker’s idea that a whole mountain range is only a needle’s swing on paper. Fine hatching and a thin winding river make this long sleeve tee look like a page lifted from an antique atlas.

It makes a good Christmas gift for the dad who still plans every hike with a paper map and a compass.
