The words America Keeps a Light On are drawn in tall, condensed navy letters, dry-brushed with teal and bending in a wave like a flag in the wind. Below them the Statue of Liberty is painted from behind, with her spiked crown and heavy robe in cool blues and her arm raised toward the only warm color in the piece, an orange-red flame.
