The lettering is drawn big and grand, with cream swash serifs that curl like a movie title card, all to announce something small: Back after six months. Below it, a chalked hand with a red wrist wrap grips an empty barbell, and smaller script finishes the thought: Starting with the bar. It’s a gym comeback told honestly, with the ego left at the door.
