  • A baseball bat gets its own publicity campaign, delivered in sweeping serif letters
  • The joke is dry, but the scratched wood grain and warm orange highlights give it enough character to carry a whole sweatshirt

“Bats Deserve Better Publicity” — Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt

Classic relaxed unisex fit with ribbed collar, cuffs and waistband. Cotton-rich fleece with a soft brushed inside, about 8.4 oz/yd² (285 g/m²); the exact blend can vary by colour.

Design story & product details

Orange and pale cream cut through dark teal shading, giving the wooden baseball bat and oversized lettering a weathered, carved look. Bats deserve better publicity is a deadpan defense of the equipment, and the four crowded rows give this unisex crewneck sweatshirt plenty of attitude.

The growth rings and cracks at the bat’s broad end make the joke worth owning: even the wood has character. It’s a good gift for a baseball dad with a dry sense of humor.
