Book Bunnies centres on a brown-furred rabbit standing upright against a grey ground, dressed in pale yellow pajamas. Small buttons run down the front, while tan stitching outlines the chest pocket. One paw holds a brown Bunny Tales book with white title lettering; the other holds a cream plush bunny marked with tan spots and a stitched X for a mouth. The Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt carries this reading-and-toy pairing as the focus of the artwork, leaving open grey space around the figure.
Bold pink Book forms an arch near the top, and the larger script-style Bunnies is partly screened by the rabbit’s head and ears. The full lettering reads Book Bunnies and Bedtime Hugs, with And Bedtime Hugs following a lower curve in rounded pink type. Small pink dashes and splatter marks flank the upper lettering.
