Design story & product details

Deep navy blackletter and bright blue solar panels do most of the talking here, with a cream satellite dish as the one pale thing between them. The words Calls Take the Scenic Route curl around the satellite in old-fashioned swashes. It’s a dry joke about every dropped call and frozen video chat.

What sold me is the engraving-style linework on the dish and riveted body, fine enough to pass for an antique print on a hoodie. It suits the friend whose phone never finds a signal on a camping trip.
