All StyleMZ designs are original Korean artwork by Lee Sangwoo and Lee Hyunkyung — independent Korean fashion designers based in Korea. Designs draw on K-fashion, K-streetwear, and K-pop visual culture.

Where are StyleMZ items printed and shipped from?

StyleMZ partners with Gelato's global print-on-demand network. Orders are usually routed to a production partner near the customer, but an international fallback may be used when local capacity or a product is unavailable.

Are there customs duties or import taxes on StyleMZ orders?

Most orders are produced near the customer, so customs charges usually do not arise. If fulfillment is routed internationally, import charges may apply based on the actual route and destination; checkout and the order confirmation show any tax collected by StyleMZ.

How fast does StyleMZ ship?

Typical delivery is 5–10 business days from order, including print time. The print hub nearest you handles production.

What is StyleMZ's return and refund policy?

StyleMZ offers a 7-day damage or defect window — if your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we'll send a free reprint or full refund. Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Are StyleMZ designs limited edition?

Yes. StyleMZ releases new original designs as limited-edition drops. Many designs are retired after release.

What is the StyleMZ shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the nearest Gelato print hub. Buy 2 or more qualifying apparel items and StyleMZ applies up to an $8 shipping credit per order: shipping is free where the live rate is $8 or less, and higher-cost destinations receive $8 off. Mugs are excluded from this offer.

StyleMZ is operated by Empress Korea LLC, a Wyoming-registered legal entity for international payments and intellectual property. Design and creative direction remain in Korea.
