Children on Ribboned Rock depicts three young climbers making their way up a craggy summit as long, flowing ribbons wind around the stone. Rendered like a vintage storybook plate, the scene uses muted teal, brick red, ochre, cream, and brown for an imaginative, quietly adventurous mood.
