Design story & product details
Grey is left open around a dense pale-blue fossil study, giving the black-edged drawing room to register as an illustration instead of a full-field pattern. A dinosaur skull, shown in profile with its jaw open, carries black crosshatching and halftone dots through the bone.
Pointed teeth overlap in irregular rows, while the eye socket and nasal cavities are held as deep dark voids. Under the jaw, numbered marks running from 5 to 95 circle an instrument-like dial; tiny gear forms interrupt its edge.
A map fragment with continent contours meets the dial, with loose bones, a curled ammonite and a fern frond extending the excavation imagery. The Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt brings these references together without smoothing out their different line treatments.
At mid-left, glimpse of us is drawn in a white cursive-print hand, followed by a small stitched-line squiggle. The blue-edged banner retains the full title CHRONICLERS OF PREHISTORY and the smaller line FROM PALEONTOLOGICAL FRONTIER, joining archive language to the skull and instruments.
