Design story & product details
Pale blue and black pull sharply against the flat grey ground, giving the open-jawed skull a diagrammatic force. Its profile fills the upper field in dense crosshatching and halftone dots, with hollow eye and nasal cavities cut dark against the lighter bone.
Under the teeth, an instrument-like dial brings numbered marks from 5 to 95 into the fossil study. Small gear circles overlap its rings, while a rectangular map fragment carries continent contours at the right edge. Bone pieces, a curled ammonite and fern frond gather through the lower left without closing off the open grey around them.
On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, the artwork pairs that specimen-and-survey imagery with a white cursive-print “glimpse of us” mark, including its tiny stitched-line squiggle. A blue-edged ribbon resolves the composition at the base with the design name in serif capitals and the smaller line “FROM PALEONTOLOGICAL FRONTIER.”
