Design story & product details
Small gold shards break away from the chipped foot of the trophy, a detail that gives the central gold surfaces their damaged, liquid finish. Crowned Rose Trophy brings that trophy together with cracked sunglasses melting into a puddle, a black rose edged in gold and crowned at the bloom, and a spherical face with closed eyes and a straight mouth. The four images are contained in rounded square frames, each traced with a thin gold line against the gray field.
Cream brush lettering with a black edge and drips runs across the composition, with one red syllable marked by a tiny gold crown and sparkle. The words are Korean and mean “a gathering pretending to be cool, perhaps.” On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, the artwork keeps its poster-like structure through gold ticks, dotted side details, a red-and-black striped bar, and a rough red underline beneath the lower lettering.
