The word Curves is painted so large and loose that a mountain road winds straight through its letters. Five warm streetlamps light the way under blue peaks. Down in the last bend, a dark muscle car with four round headlights drifts hard.

Before Curfew finishes the joke: there’s time for one more run through the hills before you’re due home. On a heavyweight tee, it reads like a painted night drive. Give it to the car guy who still takes the long way home.
