Design story & product details
A small triangular cut at the base of the final Korean character breaks the otherwise square geometry of Gwiyeowo Floof. The artwork gives the 5 Panel Trucker Cap a compact typographic mark: Korean lettering in a solid burnt-orange mustard tone, paired with its Latin reading, Gwiyeowo, beneath. The Korean word means cute, keeping the message plain and direct.
The syllable blocks lean at slight, differing diagonals, causing their thick strokes to crowd together in an almost interlocking arrangement. Small circular details appear within the characters, while generous grey ground remains open around the entire grouping. That contrast makes the irregular Korean line feel active without losing its clear, built structure.
Its lower line follows a clean horizontal baseline, giving the romanisation a steadier counterpoint to the angled forms. Uniform strokes, flat terminals, and rounded O counters establish the Latin text as a geometric sans-serif construction.
