Design story & product details
Gold against dark red gives Honor In Steel its first hard contrast, with a circular sunburst pushing out behind a gray steel knight. The helmet turns in profile, while gold trim follows the plate and the red cape breaks into jagged, torn edges across the upper field. Gothic blackletter spells Honor and Steel in cream-tan, its black edging broken with a cracked, distressed finish. A small In appears between the two words in thin serif capitals, bracketed by star marks. All of the lettering is English, including Fear None on the banner.
Honor In Steel takes form on the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt through the knight’s armored hand closing around a silver blade angled up the right side, its hilt picked out in gold. Opposite it, the large shield has a black-brown face fractured like old paint, with a gold fleur-de-lis at its core and a matching border. The sunburst ends under a fleur-de-lis finial, while a red, gold-trimmed banner carries Fear None in white serif capitals. Gold fleur-de-lis ornaments fill the lower corners; beneath the banner, a small cross-star gives the bottom edge a final, precise mark.
