Design story & product details

The lettering is pure metal-poster blackletter, spiky violet capitals in a thin cream outline, and the joke hides inside it. The top half shouts I came for the solos over a leaping long-haired guitarist, and the bottom half admits I stayed for the stanzas. It’s for the headbanger who secretly reads the lyric sheet.

The best detail is the pair of etched hands holding the creased flyer open, one wrist wrapped in a studded leather cuff, on this oversized heavyweight tee. It suits the friend who mouths every word at a rock concert.
