Cream lettering on deep navy carries the joke: I have a small part. It’s the entire moon. On this oversized heavyweight tee, two stagehands wrestle a riveted crescent moon prop into place behind the words. One reaches up to its top while the other braces the lower tip, and the gold stars cut into the moon pick up the warm glow of a spotlight.
It suits the theater tech who never takes a bow, and it makes a fitting opening-night gift for a stage manager.
