Design story & product details
Pale cream lettering runs across the front, with the phrase formed in sharply drawn serif capitals. The letters of “I Still Measure Rice” reach far upward, the initial capitals leaning tall and dividing the strokes with slim dark insets, while subtle diagonal hatch marks stripe the interiors and catch the eye on closer inspection. Several of the larger letters, especially the “S” and “R”, dip below the main line, giving an irregular edge.
“THE WAY YOU DID.” appears in much smaller capitals, widely spaced and centered below, ending in a neatly rounded period. The main phrase nearly meets each side, with the lower words set in a block of empty space. Designed for heavyweight crewneck t-shirts, this piece suits anyone who connects memories of daily routines across generations.
