Somebody out there is waiting to be saved, and this lioness has decided they can wait. She lies sprawled on a burgundy cushion with her chin resting on an open teal book, and the lettering on this crewneck sweatshirt says it plainly: rescues postponed, because she’s at the good part.

My favorite detail is her tail looped through an ornate gold key, as if she has locked herself in with the chapter. It suits the friend in your book club who never answers a text in the middle of a novel.
