Grey gives the cream face, black linework and red blush marks a measured contrast, while the gold arc keeps the upper lettering in motion. “Even in My Mess” follows a curved baseline in tall black serif letters edged in cream; its thick and thin strokes meet an arc that loops around the illustration.
