Design story & product details
Cream against dark navy gives the artwork its first strong contrast: “Kimbap” presses across the top in large angular serif letters, edged in orange and deepened by substantial navy shadows. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, a tiny four-point star breaks the word’s continuous sweep.
From the right, a peach hand grips two brown chopsticks around a tilted kimbap slice. Two more generously cut rounds rest on overlapping pointed green leaves, their almost-black seaweed rims enclosing cream rice and orange, yellow, brown, and dark green fillings. Pale linear marks give the seaweed a slight texture, while sesame-like flecks scatter over both the food and leaves.
Orange and cream arcs and small stars keep the white gaps active. A curled navy ribbon carries the words “Healthy Choice,” followed by small cream capitals describing rice, vegetables, and meat rolled in seaweed as popular Korean snack food. Kimbap is the Korean name for a seaweed-wrapped rice roll.
Exaggerated letter shadows and delicate sesame marks bring the hand, food, ribbon, and caption into one deliberately layered illustration.
