The joke comes in two beats: “LATE.” in heavy, slanted navy capitals, then “GREAT FORM.” bigger and in red-orange, as if the second thought deserves the shouting. Above the words, a commuter in a cream shirt crouches low over a road bike with his tie flying and his teeth gritted.

It suits the coworker who bikes to the office and always shows up five minutes late.
