Design story & product details

The words Low Notes, Long Distance are cut in tall red letters with sharp, flared serifs, and they bend under the whale like a wake. The idea is simple: humpbacks sing in deep tones that travel for miles, so the white throat grooves on this crewneck sweatshirt double as an equalizer, with red bars rising and falling between them. The knobbly, scalloped fin reaching out to the right is the detail worth owning it for.

It suits a bass player who has always known the low end carries the farthest.
