Design story & product details
A pale gold and cream crescent is the largest form in the Moon Swing Astronaut artwork on a Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt. Cross-hatched engraving marks run across its curved surface, where circular crater outlines overlap at different scales. Thick ropes are knotted directly to the two tips, turning the moon into the support for a wooden-slat swing. Each rope is drawn with visible twists between the knots and seat.
An astronaut in a bulky, ribbed suit grips the ropes with both hands, with a boxy backpack breaking the outline behind the shoulders. Orange appears sparingly: one stripe on the left forearm, a chest-panel patch, and bands at each knee. The dark teal-black visor catches tiny white star reflections. Behind the moon, a dense teal-black cloud gathers white and gold dots, circles, and compass-like stars with four and eight points. It gives way to a flat grey field with faint spiral doodles and sparse marks, leaving room around the astronaut’s dangling booted legs..
