Design story & product details
Cream lettering meets charcoal and black in a headphone-led graphic with a deliberately worn surface. Music Is My Life is drawn for the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, where heavy cream words arc around the headphone form: “MUSIC IS” follows the upper curve and “MY LIFE” answers below. Small dark flecks break through the filled letters, giving the type a weathered ink character without a bold outline.
The illustration leaves its lower middle open while the outer edges grow dense with type, earcups and cable lines. Within the headband, slim vertical waveform bars frame stacked cream “IS” and “MY,” echoing the repeated wording in a quieter scale. An upright audio plug appears beside them, its curved black lead continuing into the surrounding linework. Fine cream arcs trace the space near the cushions.
Each earcup turns inward with a thick dark cushion marked by short black creases. Cream shells carry concentric oval rings, bounded by black contour work and cream edging that separates them from the charcoal headband. Curved cables complete the lower contours, while the distressed lettering keeps the perimeter active and the headphone drawing clearly legible.
