Design story & product details
Four large Korean characters form a compact, emphatic line, built from thick angular strokes in red with pale cream and gold edging. The words are Korean and mean a person whose luck has burst, a colloquial description for somebody unusually fortunate. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, Ornamental Hangul Flourish takes its main visual force from that dense lettering, with heavy dark green shadows extending down and right to give each character a doubled, blocklike edge.
- The red fields are not flat: fine scratches and uneven speckling interrupt the colour, making the thick forms feel weathered without softening their hard corners.
- Three five-pointed stars gather over the lettering: a tall central star and two smaller flankers divide gold from very dark green in triangular facets. Thin gold borders sit within dark outlines.
- Five small four-point sparkles break the spaces between and over the stars, while gold rays spread through the gaps near the tall star.
Dark green curling flourishes, traced with gold inner strokes, sweep outward behind the smaller stars. The open field around these upper ornaments gives the packed lettering below a clear visual counterweight.
