Design story & product details

The open edges hold only antler tips and the spiky ends of letters. Everything else is packed into the middle, where a jackalope, the antlered hare of American tall tales, leaps through OUTRUN THE RUMOR on this hoodie. The silvery metal-band lettering sits on deep purple, and the joke is plain: the animal everyone talks about and nobody catches. Its fur is drawn in fine pencil hatching, right down to the whiskers.

It suits a friend who has heard every story about themselves and kept going, and it makes a good birthday gift.
