Design story & product details

The first half of the joke gets the grand treatment. “My documentaries take three hours” is drawn in heavy, ornate serif letters with a mottled navy and ochre watercolor fill and thin calligraphic swashes. Then the punchline drops to small, plain black type, “because I pause for the Latin names,” like a mumbled confession.

Below the words, a wolverine crouches on a snowy ledge across this long sleeve tee, with ivory claws dug in and one amber eye turned down. It suits the friend who already knows it is Gulo gulo.
