Design story & product details
Pale sky blue and warm orange trade places inside every letter, and a heavy navy outline holds them together like an old painted sign. The lettering reads Please Be Specific With The Compliments in tall, curling show-card capitals on a pullover hoodie. The joke is in that grandeur: a fussy little demand made as loudly as a carnival banner.
Tiny orange diamonds and hand-hatched fill give it the texture of real sign painting. It makes a funny birthday gift for the friend who loves hearing exactly why she looks good.
